Curriculum


The graduate degree in Biomedical Science Policy & Advocacy requires a completion of 30 credits with at least a "B" average (3.0 GPA) in order to graduate.

The sample curriculum (shown below) assumes that a student is pursuing the degree full time. Part time option is also available, in which case the curriculum will be distributed over a longer period of study as determined by the student, but not exceeding 3 years.

Other courses may be substituted for the elective courses, but changes will require an approval by the program director, who also serves as the faculty advisor.

Students in the Biomedical Science Policy & Advocacy program will focus on three major areas:

1. Biomedical Science Concepts
2. Public Policy Skills and Principles for Scientists
3. Encourage students to complete an internship (Click HERE!)
