Nuclear Security Summit & Workshop 2016

On Sept. 19-20, the Georgetown Nuclear Security Summit will explore the trends and current state of four areas in nuclear science and policy: (1) Nuclear Policy & International Collaborations; (2) Nuclear Security & Weapons Control; (3) Nuclear Security & Power Plant Safeties; (4) Tools to assess ionizing radiation and its impacts. The summit is a must-attend for students and scientists interested in nonproliferation, scientific diplomacy, nuclear science, and military affairs. Attendees will be able to engage with experts on these topics, both through Q&As as well as specialized workshops.
